How can I track my package?

When will I receive my order?
We typically process orders in 2-6 business days because each product is crafted from scratch upon purchase. Following processing, your package should arrive within approximately 3-9 business days according to the country you are located in.

Where will my order be created and shipped from?
Orders are produced and shipped from your continent. For example, US orders are made and shipped within the US, and the same applies to Europe.
I have received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We would be truly sorry if this were to happen and we do everything we can to prevent this from occurring. But if it does happen, to help us resolve the issue, please write to us promptly (on Etsy.com as stated above) within 14 days with photos of the product, the order number, and any other details that may be useful. We will respond as soon as possible to find a solution and resolve the issue.
My order should have arrived, but it's in late. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please check the following:
• Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address;
• Inquire at your local post office;
• Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with any of them.
If everything is correct, contact us with your order number. If there was an address error, we can resend the order at your expense.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges only within 14 days of the order's arrival in line with European law, but we encourage you to pay close attention when choosing your clothing items to avoid this from happening.
We take the environmental issue very seriously, stemming from pollution caused by unnecessary production and transportation of goods. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work together to find a solution.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We offer exchange only within 14 days of the order's arrival but please pay close attention when choosing your clothing items to avoid this from happening. As stated previously we take the environmental issue very seriously.

In such case, you can notify us by writing at support@hunterkillerclothing.com within one week of receiving the order. Please include the order number and photos of the item with the incorrect label.
